David Oliver Fine Foods
Set up by friends and chefs Oliver Shute and David Holliday. Oliver hails from a childhood in Scotland and David grew up on a farm in Hampshire and is a passionate Englishman. They are both fanatical about field sports and the countryside and share a love of traditional country cooking.
It's our mission to replicate restaurant quality standards for the home, by sourcing the best traditional ingredients we can. The slow cooking methods we champion develop a full rich deep flavour achieved in top class cooking.
